What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, when and where on the site you signed up, and whether you've confirmed or unsubscribed.
• Contact form messages: the name, email and message you send us.
• Basic technical data: like every website, our host receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, and keeps short-term logs for security and troubleshooting.

We don't ask for sensitive personal details, and this site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter you asked for, starting with an email asking you to confirm your signup. We don't add anyone to the list without that confirmation.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with the professionals or event organizers listed on the site.

Services that process data for us

• Netlify: hosts the website and receives contact form messages.
• Google Firebase: stores the newsletter list.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Google Fonts: serves some of the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.

These providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and may store it in the United States.

Links to other sites

Event and profile pages link to organizers' and professionals' own websites, for example to register for an event. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you use their sites.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every newsletter email.
• Access, correct or delete your information by writing to us through the contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't email you again by mistake; ask us and we'll delete it entirely. Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.

Children

Singles Utah is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below.
